For weeks now, I have been sensing waves of excitement wash over me at the oddest of times. There is no discernible rhythm to the pattern, only a sense of increasing intensity to the energy, as if something wondrous is drawing ever nearer. Concurrently with this influx of Light energy has come the most beautiful shift in the Spiritual artwork I do. Angels in many forms and colors are coming through in increasing numbers. And as I bring these angels into the world of form, I hear the same refrain in my head from an old spiritual (Swing Low, Sweet Chariot): "I looked over Jordan, and what did I see, coming for to carry me Home. A band of angels coming after me, coming for to carry me Home." So, the question I asked is what is this all about? The answer was interesting enough to share with others, so here it is:

Whatever this energy is all about, it has something to do with what is
widely called the Ascension process. The impact of this energy is global in nature, and is affecting all of us in different ways. Many of the people I see are experiencing some of the same things, however, and I will list a few of them here. Almost everyone I know that is on a spiritual path is currently obsessed with cleaning house, literally and figuratively. They are engaged in a great Giveaway of that which no longer serves them, or are working on healing their deepest, oldest
emotional wounds. Some are restless, and are on the hunt for either a new job or new relationship. And many, including myself, are in the process of moving to a new location.

Our bodies are taking a bit of a beating with this increase in frequency, as well. All the commonly known 'Ascension Symptoms' are heightened right now, and some other problems I've noted are a need to eat smaller amounts of food more frequently to avoid a drop in the blood sugar. It wasn't until I heard of quite a few people having this issue that I realized it wasn't just me who was having this problem, and that it could be related to the influx of energy.
It is time to get ready, to make room for whatever this is that is coming.

I do not have a clear picture of it as yet, but I do sense that it is
big. Very big. Magnificently shining, luminous. We are globally,
collectively, climbing the stairway to heaven (rising up through the
dimensions looks like a staircase to me when I travel) and the Hosts of
Heaven are coming in ever increasing numbers to assist us. So, even
though it may look like things are falling apart, really only that which no longer serves us is falling away.

You can do a few simple things to help yourself through this time. If you have the urge to purge, then do so. You will be making room for something more glorious to come into your world. If you are tired, rest. Watch your nutrition, and do your best to eat the highest quality, cleanest food you can. It will not tax your body so much if it doesn't have to process out the toxins in addition to integrating the incoming Light frequencies. Hang on, and rejoice. Something wonderful is coming this way.
